ONly getting this on my ipad, not desktop, laptop or iphone, any one have a clue to how to beat it? Thankd.

What do you learn when you click on "Learn More?"
Bunch of gobly good about internet connections and technical bs; , ignore it because only ipad is having issue. Not other three devices on same connection - so what up with ipad? Other three never get this.
The fact that "Learn More" comes up on only your iPad is reason to post a screenshot of it so others can judge.
It may be no more than unhelpful boiler-plate, but it may be your answer.

I would use Chrome, but don't know a effective Ad blocker for IOS Chrome. Great one for desktop; Ghostery. And Great one for IOS Safari, Adblock, but I have not found a good ADBLOCKER from Chrome IOS. Ghostery does not do Chrome on IOS sadly. Anyone know one?

You missed something, though: In the lower left screenshot there are options for Computer, Android, and iPhone & iPad, and you've got Computer selected. Does selecting iPhone & iPad contribute anything helpful?
Don't assume that because other devices are working that all devices have the same quality connection. WiFi and cellular signals can sometimes be weird.
- Is your iPad connecting via WiFi or Cellular and have you checked to verify that?
- If your iPad is cellular capable, and on WiFi, have you tried switching it to cellular to see if that works?
- Have you run an internet speed test from your iPad and if so, what are the results?
Good point JOe, the iphone has a data plan and the ipad does not. So ipad is more dependent on home wifi, but the iphone also uses that wifi at home no issues.. Will check speed test.
Nothing specific, just a bunch of suggestions to try if you care to.
