Hi:

I just upgraded my OS to 10.9.5. Safari went up to 9.1. I don't usually do this because I can lose stuff. Well, this time I did. All the extensions I had have disappeared. I have about eight of them but I don't have a list. I just remember Ghostery, Ebates and Cuss-off. Is there a way I can find these on my computer without having to download them again (if I can remember what they are)?

I guess I can go to my external hard drive and bring them up to get a list. But I hope I don't have to do that.

Thanks.

Look in ~/Library/Safari/Extensions. All of mine are listed there (Safari 9.1). Can you restore them from your external drive (Time Machine? Clone?)?

Rant: This is a good example of the mistake that Apple made in making ~/Library hidden by default.

Thank you! I found them under Safari Extensions, clicked on each one and reloaded them. It was pretty painless!! Thanks again.
