Before updating to High Sierra, I could always print a monthly calendar very easily. Now, the calendar is cut off at the right side, resulting in an incomplete calendar. Here are my steps:

1. Select the Month tab of Calendar.
2. Go to File>Print.
3. The window shows the correct, complete calendar.
4. Click Continue. The print dialog box shows the calendar cut off at the right. It actually prints that way.

The only way that I can print the entire month is by printing a screen shot.

Can anyone verify this and suggest a fix?

If you're printing portrait, will rotating the image to landscape solve your problem?

I tried that; doesn't work.

I signed into Apple Bug Reporter but could not find any way to file a report. All the fields were unresponsive. confused

FWIW Calendar is printing perfectly for me on MacOS 10.13.3, but I did have to reset the print system during the 10.13.3 betas to get one of my printers to work.

A couple of suggestions:
  1. Try rebooting
  2. Flush the print cache
  3. Delete and reinstall your printer
  4. Flush the entire print system and reinstall your printer(s)

Just for the record, I followed your steps above and Step 4 shows a full calendar page and prints that way.

Did you check any of Print dialog printer settings? Might be something there that unknowingly changed.

I don't want to reset the printing system because I tried it back in Sierra, and it messed up my options (for example, no longer able to choose different print quality in Safari). I ended up reverting from a clone.

I followed your suggestion about flushing print caches (trashed /Library/Caches/Epson and ~/Library/Caches/com.epson.EPSON_Software_Updater) and then restarted. No resolution to the problem. In addition, I checked to see that my printer software is up to date, and it is.

Is there another way to flush print caches?

EDIT: I booted from a clone and reset the printing system. That solved the problem in Calendar, but I lost the ability to print in Draft mode and all the other options that I had enjoyed previously. Unless I can solve this another way, I'll live with it.

Probably dumb question, but since you haven't mentioned having tried these options, I'll ask.

Just an observation. The problem I mentioned was with an Epson printer and the last available driver for it was rated for MacOS 8 or 9. I wonder if the Gods of computing are warning both of us that it is time to upgrade our printers? confused tongue

Getting that page to load is like pulling teeth. The only thing that I could see, when it finally did load (and I had to click the X to stop it) was an option to adjust the percent size. Unfortunately, I don't have that option.

My Epson printer is only a year old, and it is a current model. When I originally installed it, I had had another, older Epson, that is still listed. Somehow (and I don't remember the details), I must have flubbed the original installation and I re-did it. I now have two of the same Epson printers listed, Epson SC-P600 and Epson SC-P600 Series 3 (I had deleted Series 2 for some reason). Only Series 3 seems to be working as it should.

In the past, when I tried resetting the printing system, I installed Epson drivers rather than Apple's version, and still had the same issues. I have no idea why it worked during the original installation.

At any rate, I feel that the gods are angry, so I'll pay penance. Seriously, I could boot from a clone, reset the printing system, print my calendar, reboot from the internal and re-clone, but this seems to be a bit of overkill. Maybe I'll stick with printing a screenshot. On the other hand, I still have Applecare, so I may try to find time to phone them.

At any rate, this is a relatively minor issue.

That's odd! I've never had the least bit of trouble getting IMGUR images to load.

I poked around a bit and learned that the options I referenced come and go depending upon the nature of the item to be printed.

Updating to 10.13.4 seems to have solved the problem. FWIW, I used the Combo updater. I have always used the incremental updater before this. I don't know if there is any relationship, but all seems to be OK.
