OS 10.12.6
I cannot find how to remove played elmedia videos. I have stopped videos from being added to elmedia's list from the prefs but how do I remove those already there?

Does your playlist window have a
‘Clear’-button in the upper right corner?
Urquhart,
I do not see a 'Clear' button in the upper right hand corner.
Under 'File' there is 'open recent' which will show the files I want to remove with 'Clear Menu' beneath it. Clicking that does not remove files.
Also under 'File' is 'Remove from playlist' which does not remove the files.
I googled Elmedia and it says "To remove an item from Library, highlight the item in list and choose "Delete from Library" option from main menu>File: It goes on to say you can delete it from your HD too.
Trouble is, I cannot find that particular library.
Does anyone else have Elmedia Pro software?

Further to my reply, there IS a 'Clear' button in the top right hand corner but it does not remove the files from the icon in the dock.

but it does not remove the files from the icon in the dock.
For this app, the recent items in the Dock matches the list in File>Open Recent> and can be cleared in the latter (File>Open Recent>Clear Menu).
I have version 6.9 in case that makes a difference.
I have been to File>Open Recent>Clear Menu but that only clears the menu. I go to view>Show Playlist and there is nothing there'
I hold down the mouse on the dock icon and the documentary is still there and of course playable.
I cannot find anything in prefs to remove it. I must be missing something.

This morning when I checked Elmedia, the file in question wasn't there.
Perhaps a restart was all it needed.
Thank you for your support Urquhart.
