Is there any way to increase the memory of an ipad? I'm getting really annoyed. Netflix is big app, so is Amazon Instant Video. Keep having to delete video.

There is a market for used iPads, you might see what yours is worth and count that toward the purchase of a new or used iPad with more — much more — memory.

You can also dig into the About menus in settings, or look in usage on iTunes on your computer, to see where you space is being taken up. There may be other places you can trim down to make space.

I'm amazed that space isn't a problem for more people. When I went into the store to buy my iPhone 5S, they ONLY stocked the 16gb models, no 32, no 64. They said "hardly anyone needs more than a 16." Really??? I looked at my iPod and I already had 15gb used, "well THAT'S not going to be big enough!" Very luckily for me, they had a 32 under the counter that someone ordered and backed out on. "would you be ok with a 32 in space grey?" ABSOLUTELY!

I was in the local Apple store the other day and overheard a customer being told the store gets only a very few 16GB iPhone 6s or iPads because the demand is all for 64 and 128 GB models.

maybe there's a different mentality that way between iPads and iPhones
