There is a very small OS update available today through iTunes that allows sending media files with a text message (previously only available via e-mails on the iPhone).

The download and installation are very quick, compared to a System update. However, for the option to function in text messages you must power the iPhone off and then on after the installation. After that you will see little camera image next to the text box in Messages.
