The Ventura 13.4 update has added an option to enroll as a macOS beta tester to Software Update.

Hmm, don't see it in my Software Update setting after installing 13.4. Maybe it is randomly offered or selectively offered?

I searched for "download macOS beta via software update," and all the top hits assumed the option I reported.
