I recently partitioned my internal drive so that I could use 64 bit apps on one and 32 bit apps on the other. In order to reduce the size of the 32 bit partition I removed a number of apps that were no longer needed, as well as some User accounts.

However, the 32 bit partition Log-in page still shows the removed Users. How do I delete those images from the Log-in page?

Go to System Preferences > Users & Groups and select Password. The other accounts may still be listed. If so, click the lock icon and enter your password. Then, select the accounts that you want to remove and click - Hopefully, that will do the trick.

And, it did. I had simply dragged the User folders to the trash, however your method provided + and - signs for deletion. Thanks.
