A note to updaters and upgraders to spare them from some confusion: Although both my TechTool Deluxe 3.1.4 update dmg and my TechTool Pro 6.0.4 Installer dmg opened as expected, neither installer responded to my first double-click/hit "Open"...absolutely no response...nothing in Console; I had to double-click and hit "Open" a second go-round before either installer launched.

Turns out that Installer does launch on the first try, but it took 30 (thirty) seconds to do so when I finally gave it its head after being advised by Micromat that it had some problems on some Mac systems. (As close to their wording as I can recall.)

I dunno... It's the only time Installer has not launched instantly for me.

It's strange that MMT3 has chimed in on this yet. He's a fund of information on the topic.
