Apparently, Intel wants to get back in the game. Now Intel wants to manufacture Apple Silicon

Intel is "still struggling to get its 7 nanometer line up and running." TSMC builds Apple silicon on a 5 nanometer platform and is moving toward, 4 and even 3, nanometer production in the near future. Intel's recent history is littered with undelivered promises and missed delivery dates. TSMC has delivered what and when promised. There are other U.S. foundries capable of 5 nanometer production and experience building RISC (and even ARM) processors. I don't see what Intel has to offer besides risk (not RISC)
