When I began thinking about buying a new MBP I looked into Apple's trade-in policy and found that they'd give me ~$700 for my Mid 2015, 15" Retina MBP.
But when I look at Refurbished Mac - Apple I see that the earliest release year listed is 2017.
Has anybody got a clue what they'd have done with mine had I gone that route?
