Tarring and feathering would be the minimal punishment for the perpetrators. I would gladly subsidize their slow and excruciating dismemberment.

A traditional tar and feathering included stripping the perpetrators nude, then dipping them in tar and rolling them in feathers, then placing the astride a rail that was carefully sharpened along the top and trotting (more up and down motion than running) them out of town. I would be happy to contribute the rail for your event.

I've always been a fan of public stonings, which beyond being exceptionally nasty gives the rowdies an opportunity to vent steam that might be otherwise directed.
