That message has been around for a while, but I haven't seen it lately.
I didn't see it today either; either I glossed over it, or it snuck in between the one I did see, which was along the lines of "a database error visible only to system administrators" (which I've also seen in the past), and my finally getting in.
Today (2/8/2020) I got a "Gateway Timed Out" message.
As usual, the post took place anyhow.
Is it only me, or has the issue been resolved?
My posts have all been posted immediately for the past few days.

Its not just you, rather the issue is intermittent, often within there same logon session. I have gone for days with very rapid responses only the run into two or three time outs in a row. Sunday I was getting database error messages and having to try multiple times to get a post to actually happen.
SOMEBODY DID SOMETHING! My posts are appearing almost before I can get my finger off of the enter key! 🤞
