- Typed post and hit "Submit" without entering "Subject"
- Got "Incomplete" screen
- Went back, completed "Subject", hit "Submit", got "Already submitted" screen
- Thread was not listed in Forum index

Wow, that's a nasty one. 
Unfortunately, development of UBB.threads seems to have all but ceased over the last year or so. And since it's proprietary and commercial software, I'm reluctant to tinker with it myself; any changes I made just get undone whenever a new patch is installed.
