Kevin, I can think of several things you could do to kill 60 seconds. It's not that long, really.

But, although I haven't timed it, I just tried to post again too soon, and it seems to take longer than 60 seconds to clear.

My experience, too (including in the old-country, so maybe it's unavoidable); ...most annoying!
