Do we have a glitch? I have tried two or three times over the past couple of days to change my avatar and, although I'm told that my settings have been updated, the avatar remains the same.

I'm pretty certain I'm doing it the same as always.

Enter Edit Profile/Click on Radio Button "Upload your avatar" (it's 79x79)/Choose File/Submit

IME browser cache is the usual culprit with avatar stickiness, so the first thing that comes to mind is to try clearing yours.
