I am trying to connect NORDvpn but in the menu bar, it says it is connecting for a minute or so but it finally fails. I have gone through the procedure several times without success.

I have no problem using the vpn but I need to have it connected for NORDvpn to activate an app that I lost...long story.

I uninstalled vpn and shut down and rebooted and reinstalled vpn but that didn't work. Any ideas?

A while back I ran EtreChek Pro to look for a problem and I recall a message suggesting that Apple Security was all anyone needed. It went on to say that some third party security software can actually make the Mac less safe by creating openings that might otherwise not exist.
