I have an intern who has a Windows network.
She can get onto my home network ok.
But the folder I have her access -- some of the files in there, are not coming up on her netbook? Anything I can do?

(those files come up file on my macbook)

It's not clear what you mean by "are not coming up." Does that mean she does not see them at all? Does it mean that she sees them in the folder but can't open them?

Tacit, thanks, there is a folder with six files. Three come up on her machine. Three do not come up. She sees three, she does not see three. Three are missing to her. ON my lap macbook, all six come up and are visible. Any explanation for that? thanks

Yes there is... but (so far), you refuse to participate:

ls -alOe /path/to/the/folder

Most probably... but, it's much more interesting to let the mystery linger.

Isn't that so, kevs?
