Mail is usually good, but sometimes cannot find a clients email, even though I'm entering exact email or name, very annoying. Any ideas why this happens. (my reference client is David S.)

So I'm on phone with client and cannot find quickly his email, but find later manually..

I have experienced this too. I have been told that the delay may be Spotlight has not finished its indexing (that's how Mail searches). But if the e-mail is weeks or months old, that does not make sense to me. I have not seen any meaningful solutions to this problem. crazy

Thanks Ira, well good to know I'm not alone. Yeah, some of these are a month or two old, and I searching by the email, and yet sometimes nothing comes up, and it's right there in a much used folder.
