Update: No free, simple RSS feed suggestions?

Wow, I can't stay logged in once I go out of the site here. Anyway....

I am looking for a simple, free, RSS feed for Safari that will go onto my address bar or dock and let me know how many feeds there are.

I was using Etrefeed, but it doesn't work on Sierra as it probably isn't going to be updated. I really miss it. No bells or whistles.

Any ideas? I've been looking at several and can't make up my mind.

Rita

Remember to check the "Remember Me" box below your log in information. I believe you will need to log in every 30 days, and check the box again.

On a Mac since 1984.
Currently: 24" M1 iMac, M2 Pro Mac mini with 27" BenQ monitor, M2 Macbook Air, MacOS 14.x; iPhones, iPods (yes, still) and iPads.

I do check it, but if I click out of the website and back in later, I have to sign in all over again. It's pretty frustrating.

Check to see if you have an extension or utility that cleans out Cookies when some event occurs — it may be deleting the FineTunedMac cookie containing the logon information.

If we knew what it was we were doing, it wouldn't be called research, would it?

I only have OnyX and haven't used it yet. I checked and FTM is listed in my cookies. I had the same problem on my old MBP. I just couldn't stay signed in.
