WiFi Connection on iPhone 4s & iPad 2

I'm at a loss at what to do next. I just started working at a new company and setup the wireless connections and such. My MacBook connects just fine to the wifi and works perfectly. My phone and ipad won't. I click to connect, type in the password and just get that spinning black wheel. Then "forget" the network and try again, still nothing. I've reset the network setting multiple times, searched on apple.com for an answer, ready every article I could find on wifi issues, yet I still can't find a way to resolve the problem.
Everybody else is my office can connect to the network without any issues. My broker has the same phone and ipad as me and hers get on the network just fine as well.
What else can I do to get my devices to connect? This is really irritating.

Some more information would help. What kind of password is it (WEP/WPA/WPA2)?

Look at the detailed settings on your broker's iPhone and iPad (click on the ">" in the listing for the network to reveal more). There may be a requirement you have to set before you can just log in with a password.
On a Mac since 1984. Currently: 24" M1 iMac, M2 Pro Mac mini with 27" BenQ monitor, M2 Macbook Air, MacOS 14.x; iPhones, iPods (yes, still) and iPads.

WPA2 I believe. I looked the detailed wifi info on hers and I didn't see anything different than when joining my home network.

There are a couple of possibilities that spring to mind:
1. The router may be configured to only allow devices that it knows about. There is a technique called "MAC address filtering" that means that in addition to having the right password, you must also be on the list of devices the router is programmed to accept in order to connect. The router keeps a list of MAC addresses--think of them like serial numbers--that are permitted to connect; if you aren't on the list you aren't allowed to connect even if you know the password.
2. The router may be exhausting the number of devices that can connect. You can tell a router how many devices can connect; by default, most routers can handle up to 100 connections, but that can be changed. If it's set to a low number, it might simply be not allowing any new devices to connect.
