OP Rob McNaughton Joined: Apr 2013 Canterbury, New Zealand	Last evening I attempted an upgrade to Yosemite .. had a machine freeze within a few minutes and my ISP advise that all appears normal. So the matter of system upgrades rears its very ugly head - I have tried to automate my upgrades (I need/use Numbers) and find such automation does not appear to work. I am 'kicked' back to the Apple Store on each occasion. Suggestions please?

artie505 Joined: Aug 2009 Likes: 15	You're more likely to get helpful response if you provide some details, particularly which exact Mac and version of OS X are you running how did you go about trying to upgrade did you experience the freeze during or after the upgrade procedure if after, what were you doing at the time anything else that may be pertinent or helpful The new Great Equalizer is the SEND button.
