System Extension Error

I have updated HP drivers twice through Apple's Software Update and each time I get the following error: After dismissing the message I get a confirmation that the update was successful.

System extension cannot be used

The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/CNQL4801_ClassicNotSeize.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

I did manually remove the CNQL401_ClassicNotSeize.kext and then returned it to it's original folder last month when I was experiencing other problems that I believed may be attached to this file.

in terminal, "make it go away":

Code:
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/CNQL4801_ClassicNotSeize.kext

Was probably there to stop the printer from hanging when trying to print from a classic application
