AppleCare sent me a download link for Mojave, and I accidentally deleted it. I can't find it on the App Store. I will call them again tomorrow if no one here can direct me to a safe place to download it from.

Thanks.

Jon: This is what I got when I used your link: Connecting to the Mac App Store
To use the Mac App Store, you need Mac OS 10.6.6 or greater. For more information, please click here. So, I clicked "here" and got this url but no download info for Mojave: Here

It worked for me. When I click my link, I get a web page and App Store automatically opens with the option to download Mojave. In other words, you have to download from App Store. I didn't see the message that you mention.

That's because you are running Catalina and Plantsower is still at Sierra.

Apple wants you to go to Catalina. (If you haven't been there it is a beautiful island 🙄)
