I'm running Yosemite with Firefox and have been fooled by the Ask trojan. Have tried everything I could think of to uninstall it but it is VERY persistent. ASK even offers an uninstall link which I am certain will embed the thing even further.
Is there a method anyone can suggest by which I can dump this awful thing? I don't want to use one of the uninstall links on Google because the all begin to sound bogus to me now that I have been burned once.
