I hadn't thought about it before, but I just saw how the Russians transliterate Donald Trump's name in Cyrillic script: Дональд Трамп .
In Russian the last name is pronounced 'trahmp' (IPA [trɑmp]), not like American English 'trump' (IPA [tɹəmp]); Russian does not have the [ə] sound (schwa).
If one then transliterates back to English, the name is 'Tramp' (IPA [træmp]).
You get the idea.
