When I first read the headline, I expected to see the link go to another SOPA-style bit of legislation in the offing, rather than a report about Anonymous. I may be cynical, but I think misguided and technically illiterate legislation is a more credible attack on the Internet than a disorganized bunch of hackers.
You may be more of a realist than a cynic, and it may be more frightening that the legislators don't know what they're doing than it is that the hackers do.
