Not very much traffic on the support forums here. Maybe we need to adversise? wink

or go around breaking computers and handing out our card?

I have a great opportunity for anyone who wants to get rich. I will employ you as a "currency retriever". Your job will be to prowl the streets of New York looking for coins or cash that people have dropped. You get to keep 50% of what you find (that's your commission) and you give me the other 50%. Is this a deal or what?

Just thought I'd take up the slack on spam. grin

I figured we would at least get some traffic bewailing Apple's decision to drop the cat-centric naming convention for Maverick thereby condemning late adopters to a support backwater. laugh

Cheetah was used for 10.0. Jaguar was 10.2. Still, there are some cat names left...

Sadly, every Web-based forum I use is getting less and less traffic. I do think this is a harbinger of things to come. The Internet is changing, and Facebook and similar monster sites are soaking up all the exchanges that used to happen on smaller forums.

I think that all Web forums need to adapt or die. I'm not sure what the secret to succeeding in a post-Facebook world is, but I think we need to change if we are to survive.

Agreed but I hope the future is not just a hashtag
