stupid question, cancel post editing?

Once you've started editing a post, there's no (Cancel) button. Besides just closing the window is there no way to cancel an edit? (this would be assuming you've made a few changes to the post before you decided not to edit it, hence you can't just accept the update before having made any changes)

Well, you could hit your browser's Back button, which would take you back to the post you decided not to edit. (Suppposing for a moment that there were a Cancel button, where would you envision it leaving you when clicked? Probably back at the page you were on when you clicked Edit, eh?)

not saying you can't do that. just saying the usual button one would expect is not there. Almost any page you can find a "submit" or "continue" button also has a "cancel" button.

You might want to try the Universal Back Button 1.0.1 (Snowy only). Who knows, with a name like that it might even work here... tongue
