I'm a long time participant in the MFIF and want to thank those of you who are taking the initiative to start this new forum. Your names are familiar and I already feel at home just scrolling through the categories. I was not trained in electrical engineering or IT, but I use my Mac nearly all day in my work and have learned a lot of stuff the hard way. I'll try to be more of a giver. In MFIF, I was mostly a taker of other people's knowledge because I'm aware of my limitations. Anyway, thanks for starting this forum. I think it will draw and keep members because of the quality of the dialogue and the homey atmosphere. As far as I'm concerned, the fewer references to Cnet the better.
