I just discovered that when you (I, anyhow) click on the "Who's Online" link you're shown as being on the page on which you clicked until the "Who's Online" page refreshes after 60 seconds.

Is this expected behavior?

Edit: Yeah... I suppose it isn't reasonable to expect the page to refresh instantaneously (or is it?), but it's still a bit weird to see.

AFAIK the Who's Online behavior has always been as you describe. You can speed things up by manually refreshing, but otherwise the 1 minute auto refresh will do it.
