yes I force quit the app and have to relaunch.
I don't have a consistent url to test either.
So question remains,
In Safari -- or Firefox
if you have ten windows up, and one is "locked"
how can you force quite just that one?
Which itself begs a question: why have
ten windows open in Safari?

⌘`) can be used to navigate amongst an app's open windows.
