OS 10.5.8 imac (model 9.1)
I have just downloaded handbrake 0.9.4 GUI interface 32 bit intel

I had a choice of the GUI or the CLI. I don't know which one I should have chosen.
Does it make a difference?

GUI: graphical user interface
CLI: command line interface

If one needs to ask, then GUI is (almost certainly) the right answer.
